Our Cathedral belongs to the Diocese of Asia Pacific (APACD), one of the dioceses of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church under the Catholicate of the East.

The Diocese is led by His Grace Dr. Yuhanon Mar Diascoros Metropolitan. The Diocese encompasses Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Malaysia, Singapore and other regions across Asia Pacific.

The APACD is dedicated to the spiritual growth and pastoral care of the faithful in the Asia Pacific regions. Through vibrant parishes, youth organisations, Sunday schools, and community outreach programmes, the Diocese continues to fulfil its mission of spreading the Orthodox faith and serving the community.

Vision: To nurture a vibrant Orthodox Christian community across Asia Pacific, rooted in the apostolic traditions of the Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church.
